MIRA ARMIJ GILL
Hailed by the Salt Lake Tribune for her performance with the Utah Symphony, Mira Armij Gill has become a sought-after soloist, performing across the U.S., Europe, and Canada, with broadcasts on KSL and KBYU radio, as well as QPTV, and KSL television. She has performed concerts for dignitaries and royalty, including those at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce gala and given a special recital for Argentina’s Consulate General. Ms. Gill is a Steinway & Sons Top Piano Teacher Award recipient, a faculty member at Third Street Music School Settlement, and has contributed to notable films and recordings, including "Piano Works of Samuel Barber," showcasing her talent and artistry. Ms. Gill earned her bachelor’s degree from The Julliard School under the tutelage of the late John Browning and her master’s degree under Yoheved Kaplinsky, receiving two Juilliard teaching fellowships and winning the International Young Artist Piano Award, which resulted in her New York debut at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.
